As Associate Director for 4-H, Youth Development and Human Sciences, Dr. Bonnie McGee provides administrative leadership for the Texas AgriLife Extension Service’s 4-H and Youth Development and Family and Consumer Sciences programs. She has responsibilities for the 4-H Regional Program Directors, FCS Regional Program Directors, and Family Development and Resource Management unit leader. She coordinates with the Nutrition and Food Science department head, who manages the Food and Nutrition program. She also oversees coordinators and directors of specialty FCS programs, such as EFNEP, BLT, and military programs. Dr. McGee serves as fiscal administrator for the 4-H and Youth Development and Human Sciences budget center. She is recognized nationally for her work and is a highly sought out keynote speaker and consultant to other states that are developing youth, family, and urban programs. In addition, she has provided leadership to ECOP National Committee on Urban Issues and as National President of Epsilon Sigma Phi.
