Bobbi Brooks joined Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in 2008. Prior to her appointment, she was an Early Intervention Specialist for the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program of the Brazos Valley.
Bobbi is a project coordinator for the Passenger Safety project. She is a certified child passenger safety seat technician and has participated in numerous car seat checks. In addition, Bobbi serves as the project coordinator of the Brazos Valley Injury Prevention Coalition. She is responsible for community outreach throughout the Brazos Valley, coordinating safety events and educating communities on safety issues.
Bobbi served on the College Station Head Start Policy Council for three years, being the Chairperson of the Council for the 2007–2008 school year. She is also an active member of the Kids for Kids fundraiser for ECI and has been involved for the past three years.
Bobbi received her B.S. in Early Childhood Development from Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska.
