Danielle Hammond-Krueger is the Extension Program Specialist focusing on nutrition in areas of diet-related chronic diseases for the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. She has a certification of Training in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registration. Danielle is actively involved in the Mid-East Texas Dietetic Association and served in leadership positions for the association. She maintains an active membership in both the Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (TAND) and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).
Danielle relocated from Fayetteville, Arkansas, to College Station, Texas, in the fall of 2008. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She obtained her Masters in Public Health concentrated in the area of Social and Behavior/ Health Promotion and Community Health Sciences at the Texas A&M Health Science Center, School of Public Health. Additionally, she also completed the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center Dietetic Internship and is accredited as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
